If you wish to watch something to disturb your mind in just a medium level, then you should give this movie a try. We all love Casas' brilliant acting and gesture here, it is all that worth in this movie. The characters and the background are all nicely wrapped, as well as the ending that gives us slight twist of the two main characters' relationship going forward. What's missing is the storyline that should gives us more originality with that kind of complicated bond between them.
Everything is well-wrapped in this movie : the acting, and the characters and off course the connection plot - what's missing a bit is that we need longer time, or they need to give clearer history for us to digest what happened in the background and the final action is way too predictable that we wish a lot more twist happen during that time lapses. Overall it's a good one, we can always feel the nerves watching these people suspecting each other inside that elevator, If it's a movie about demonic action, some spiritual engagement should have been more exposed
I'm going to start with this : I don't watch Indonesian movies a lot but this one caught my attention. I didn't expect a lot in the first place but this movie deserves quite a rating for entertaining your quarantined days, or for keeping you a company in the afternoon while working at home and sipping your evening coffee with your family, Kind of relaxing your nerves after hearing too much bad news on television. Dian Sastro has proven that she could actually be coming out from her shell - watching this movie will make you forget her as Cinta from AADC, although the makeover could have been more natural. This movie is in fresh and entertaining plot supported with its light jokes, easy to be understood by all levels of age, suitable for family time. Some new talents are trained and shot perfectly by the young actors.
