Isn't funny how every once and awhile a movie comes along that isn't over hyped, moves under the radar to a degree, and gets the job done. While Hollywood is out spewing 400 million dollar movies. It's so refreshing to see something like this. That doesn't try and be more than it needs to be, it doesn't try to overly scare you with stupid jump scares every five seconds. It builds tension and if has humor, and a hero without a cape or a costume. Ethan Hawke was good, but the kid actors really steal it.
I don't get how they thought this storyline was going to play for over an hour. No one cares enough about Qanon to watch a whole movie mocking what they believe people on the right to be. This is like cheap liberal comics trying to get Clapter by playing to their audience vs actually trying to be funny. We get enough of this with SNL and Borat 2.
The first movie was at least unique, and I argue the scene with the Alligator in the pool is one of the more funny laugh out loud scenes ever.
You could have made this funny, but it was a cheap attempt.
I'm shocked Patton Oswalt agreed to do this, he can at least make political mockery comical at times.
Putting a Make America great again hat on an actor is not comedy, and even in the realm of comedy and humor it seemed cheap and lacked effort.
We get it, you put on an American Flag t-shirt and suddenly everyone on the right is accepting of you. Who thought this would work for an hour.

I gave it six stars for an attempt at originality. It feels super rushed and poorly edited. I want to like it, but it's all over the place. The acting by some is awful. The CGI is dreadful. It won't be renewed.
