Note de invisiblefilms
Don't expect a ton of reality here except honest emotions and a parade of fun as Greta searches for her childhood hero, Willie Nelson. Eva Hassmann, wrote, produced, directed, and stars in her first major feature film. It's a great escape from the annoying news and vitriol, and instead has a fun storyline, heartfelt acting, and great Willie Nelson music that director Hassmann has tastefully placed throughout the film. The legendary director Peter Bogdanovich has a supporting acting role in his very last performance. Escapism - yes. Enjoyment from start to finish - yes. Sit back and fire one up, and enjoy every minute.
Nice follow up to the original film with twists and turns. A good journey into people's misconceptions and snaps to judgment when compassion could have easily been the chosen path. Danica McKeller is solid again as usual and does a nice job continuing her path from The Wrong Woman. And it's good fun watching the story as it unfolds. At times touching and heartfelt, and a good old-fashioned thriller. I highly recommend for a little bit of escapism and honest entertainment. When is the 3rd Wrong Woman coming?! Kudos to Richard Gabai who keeps directing compelling films across many genres. Don't miss this one.
This is a fun ride that makes you think. It's great to see Marcia Cross in this and solid acting by Dabney Coleman, Chris Meloni, and John McGinley. Bring popcorn and sit back and enjoy the show.
