A month after his wife's death, Max, a major in the Harz county police in Brittany, is asked to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a teenage girl. His daughter, Wendie, is trying to resume her normal high school life, but a series of strange and terrifying events will drive her and her friends to find out what's going on. As her father follows the trail of a serial assailant, the young girl realizes that something abnormal is at work: something supernatural, which could have to do with ancestral myths... and the powers she's developing that she keeps from her father. Despite the grief, the secrets and the things left unsaid, each step they take pushes Max and Wendie a little closer together. Inevitably, the father gets closer to his daughter's secret. And to get answers, they'll have to become a family again.
