Ella, a housewife, resides in a bungalow with her husband, Imlan, who is frequently absent due to work. Left alone in the expansive house, Ella's paranoia intensifies, exacerbated by her forgetfulness. As suspicions mount, she begins to suspect Imlan of deceit, further straining their relationship. A confrontation escalates when Imlan, aided by their helper Kiyah, insists Ella take her medication. Ella's mistrust peaks when she overhears Imlan's suspicious phone conversation, only to forget it soon after, trapped in a cycle of paranoia and forgetfulness. Driven by her escalating paranoia, Ella's actions become increasingly erratic, culminating in a dramatic confrontation where she sets fire to their memories. However, the arrival of Imlan and their daughter Hani defuses the situation, revealing Ella's forgotten family ties and prompting a move to a smaller home in Kiyah's village. Ella, a rich housewife, is frequently left on her own in a large house, while her husband, Imlan, is preoccupied with his own affairs. Her solitude intensifies to paranoia, exacerbated by her bouts of amnesia.

Their part-time helper, Kiyah adds an eerie vibe to the whole atmosphere of the house but seems harmless enough. That is, until Kiyah appears to be Imlan's accomplice in force feeding Ella's medication. This leads Ella to suspect Imlan of sinister intentions, further straining their relationship.

Ella's mistrust peaks when she overhears Imlan's furtive phone conversation, only to be distracted soon after, by her self-imposed cycle of altered reality and fixation.

Driven by her spiralling delusions, anxiety, and agitation, Ella's actions become increasingly erratic, culminating in a dramatic confrontation with her daughter, Hani, who turns up unexpectedly.

Hani and Imlan between them persuade Ella that the house is too large and necessitates the move to a smaller home in the countryside.

Despite the move, tensions persist as Imlan's absences increase, and Hani's presence becomes more prominent. Ella's suspicions are confirmed when Imlan reveals Hani as his second wife, leading to a volatile situation where Hani demands Ella's monetary assets. The situation escalates dangerously, resulting in a struggle where Imlan is fatally wounded.

In the aftermath, Ella, weakened but alive, amidst the chaos, finds solace in the comforting embrace of Kiyah. Whereas, in a final bizarre twist of circumstance, Hani unwittingly meets her nemesis.
