In the story - Financially rediscovered schlock B-Movie filmmaker and underground comicbook publisher: Tony 'Tex Watt', tries to convince his jaded former space vampire-fighter/cartoonist and 'Frankenpimp's Revenge' actor: Turk Thrust III (aka: Romeo Montague, a revenant, mutant angel, renamed Brother Soul: Heavenly Agent: Double Zero (whom, because of a celestial technicality; has to return, from Heaven, to Earth; in semi-seraphim form, to do good deeds in the name of purity, light, ardor and the Promised Land's way ), to make a couple sequels to 'Blood City Cops' ( about a couple of renegade lawmen, from the fictional North American: Bloom City; who try to solve the case of a mysterious cult and also a California-based supernatural, succubus-vampire revenge-killer), for his recent block-buster , low budget, retro-exploitation B-Movie (as well as battling freaky cartoon-like super-creeps) --in the midst of a dystopic zombie and alien plagued apocalypse.
