While on a family vacation in Paris, the Rugrats attempt to help Chuckie find a new mom while stopping his dad from marrying a conniving businesswoman who hates kids.

Wishes come true in this movie, and love makes its way into the hearts of those young, old, and overseas. Chuckie's dad, Chaz (Michael Bell), starts dating again, and it's Chuckie's wish to find a new mom. When Stu Pickles (Jack Riley) is summoned to Reptarland, an amazing new amusement park in Paris, to work on his Reptar invention, Tommy (Elizabeth Daily), Chuckie (Christine Cavanaugh), Angelica (Cheryl Chase), Phil (Kath Soucie), Lil (Kath Soucie), Dil (Tara Strong), Didi (Melanie Chartoff), and the whole gang tag along to the city of romance. But the Rugrats' big adventure turns out to be more than glamor, fashion, and smelly cheese. Chuckie learns that when it comes to Princesses and potential mommies, things are not always what they seem, and for Chaz, finding the right woman can be difficult in any language. As the Rugrats' travels take them from the Eiffel Tower to Notre Dame and everywhere in-between, the world's favorite babies learn new lessons about courage, loyalty, trust, and above all, true love.

When Stu Pickles is called to Paris to help fix a malfunctioning Reptar robot, the Rugrats and their families are off on an adventure through the City of Love. Meanwhile, Chuckie must work hard to find a new mother and do everything he can to keep his father Chaz safe from the wrath of a ruthless businesswoman named Coco LaBouche, who seeks to marry Chaz only to become the president of a Reptar themed amusement park. Even with help from Tommy, Angelica and the gang and new Rugrat Kimi, will Chuckie succeed in finding a new mother?—Blazer346

The Rugrats are back! There's Tommy the brave one, Chuckie the timid one, Phil and Lil the odd couple, Dil, and spoiled brat Angelica. This time they're wreaking havoc in Paris, France, where Tommy's dad Stu is summoned after yet another one of his inventions took a dump. Chuckie's Pop, Chas, is looking to date again, it's been years since the passing of his previous wife, also a new mommy for Chuckie would be in order. He comes to the conclusion of three candidates: 1). Coco LaBouche, evil businesswoman who wants evil power and she hates kids! 2).
