At the end of this episode, CGIS Special Agent Borin says to Gibbs, "Semper Fi." Gibbs then replies, "Semper Paratus." Most people will recognize Semper Fi (Semper Fidelis) as the motto of the United States Marine Corps. Semper Paratus is the less well known motto of the United States Coast Guard.

Errores
The code that McGee shows to Benton is a small snippet that has nothing to do with tracking, nor is there sufficient code for any programmer to identify their own work. Furthermore, the comment that programming has fundamentally changed since the 2000s is fatuous. The code shown is written in a mix of JavaScript and HTML version 4 which both predate 2000 by a significant margin.
