After seeing the good reviews, I went to watch this movie. Within the first 10 minutes, I nearly dozed off. Then came a comedy track involving a bride search. This is where I lost my sanity. It involves a match maker showing Ganesh an oversized and dark-skinned woman (that too blackfaced!). There are many highly offensive lines for the 5-10 long minutes. If such a thing still passes off as a joke and people still laugh at them, I fear for the future of Karnataka. The writer, director, actors, producer.... were all fine with this. And that says a lot about their intelligence level. The lack of thought (or maybe the inability to think) shows up in the rest of the movie too as lazy jokes, pointless sidetracks, etc. The rest of the movie is actually quite boring, and I can't believe this is a hit movie!

Overall, as I mentioned, this is a trashy movie that insults our intelligence and can be a case study for extremely offensive colorism in India.

I happened to watch Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi on theatres on the first day. It is a simple love story with a small twist. Golden Star Ganesh shines as usual. These kind of movies are his comfort zone. Malavika Nair's role was fantastic.

Highlights of the film: Story: Even when it is a simple routine love story, it has enough twists and turns to engage audience Screenplay: Neat work done here. Past and present scenes beautifully blended to entertain the audience.

Music & BGM: Music is the best part of the film. Even when film goes bit dull, music lifts it up. Bgm suited the scenes. For family audiences, this film is a treat.

Comedy: super.

Guyzz this movie is good and entertaining movie it not disappoints and worth for ticket and ott also the movie has comedy, emotions, drama , romance, all good no vulgar nothing From the start to the end movie was good Characters all are good all done their job neatly Malvika nair as pranaya she is perfect she is best for that character I can't imagine other in that character she done a debut in Kannada with this musical hit is amazing and all songs 100% suit all songs in the movie where she is there I think it's written for her only i think she has pranaya is like her real life character pranaya the character is that good and she matches it.. i hope she get more chances with big heroes in all industry and make hit movies more

Finally movie is good music is superb arjun janya is the one of the gem in kannada music his and all lyrics were superb soo it's a musical hit movie Family entertainment is there and music is loaded watch the movie in sunnxt it is available there or some Sundays on Udaya tv So i wish I see their combo movie again soon waiting.....
