There are a million ways this movie could have fallen apart. But the director has held the movie together and creates sheer magic on screen with excellent screenplay and amazing cinematography.

Excellent songs(plus excellent lyrics), rendered by the truly talented California based Mano Murthy with non-Kannada singers delivering nothing but the best, have helped this movie achieve such popularity and box office success.

Ganesh is a find! The Kannada industry needs such talent.The heroine doesn't disappoint. Anant Nag, by my reckoning was as good as Amitabh Bachchan or perhaps better in the role of the Retd. Colonel.

A must watch, this one tops my favorite list of movies...

The main features of the movie is its Senaries and Ganesh's acting. Most of the film is shot in Sakleshpur region of Karnataka during monsoon season. The way Jog falls is captured in camera is wonderfully imagined. Ganesh's acting is excellent. Music made this film a big hit. Melody king manomurthy is the main element of success for this film.

I heard the director Yograj Bhat 1st invited Puneeth Rajkumar to play the role(But thank god he rejected after reading the script.) Ganesh's acting is excellent. Sanjana is not too good, but OK. She really could and perhaps should have been the cynosure for eyes particularly so because she's been made to drench completely in the rain during the entire filming!!! The thought of using Rabbit is awesome. Its name is symbolical and perfect.

Excellent Story, Screen Play, Photography... One among the best movie i have seen, among all the movies. This is a movie which has even dragged, Non-Kannadigas to movie theaters, and has made Bollywood make look into sandalwood ..

This movie shows the exotic location in karnataka. Totally filmed in Karnataka, Westhern Ghats. Every body will love this movie from young to old.

Ganesh has done excellent dialog's.

Its the magic of director Yograj Bhat, who hails from the coastal district of Udupi. Three Cheers to him. He has returned charm to Kannada movies.

The best scene in the movie is the Jog Falls Photography in the song "Kunidu Kunidu Bare". And the best song is " Mungaru male-ye.. enu nina hanigala Lille.." followed by " Anisuthidhe yako induu.. nenenu nannavalendu..."

Well made movie. Movie flow and the sequences are well planned. Direction at its best. Dialogues, songs are cheerful. 30th week running to packed houses. Jog falls scene in a song is an ultimate experience that matches the feeling of race scene thriller in episode one of star-wars or some of the thriller scenes in LOTR movies;-), but with no digital mixing, just natural! Best experienced in the big screen. Wanted to vote 10, but it looks like 10 lines are needed :-) I was expecting some tear bursting scenes between hero's father and hero, near the end when hero learns that life might not turn out the way he wants. Finally, movie theme *love is wonderful but sacrifice is forever* shown does match final proceedings of the movie.
