Superb show
Fun, witty and moving show about two English ghostly teens (one Edwardian, one from the 80s) who use the time they have to solve the mysteries other ghosts bring to them. When the case of a living medium crosses their desk the trajectory of their afterlives change forever.
This show revels in clever details and gives more on a rewatch. It approaches its characters with sensitivity and explores their regrets and traumas wisely.
It's not a dreary show, though. There is a lot of humour and heart. The friendships are fleshed out and delightful, the characters all have depth and dimension. It's easily one of the best-written shows I have seen in years. I maintain hope for further seasons because BOY could this be a classic if it is allowed to be.
