He attended Tarrant County College for 1 year before transferring to Texas Christian University. In January of 2010, he left school prior to graduating in order to move to Los Angeles to pursue acting.

Began studying acting at the age of 12 at the Creative Arts Theatre and School in his hometown of Arlington, Texas.

Worked professionally on stage at theaters throughout the DFW Metroplex (including Casa Manana and Theatre Three).

Received the Nordan Scholarship for acting from Texas Christian University.

Moved to Los Angeles in January of 2010 to fully pursue a career in television and film.
