Studied film at Art Center College of Design. He did so on a full Presidential Scholarship.

His short film, "A Relationship In Four Days", had its Domestic Premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in 2008.

His short film, "The Dinner Party", had its International Premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2010.

Peter's AMC series he created "The Trivial Pursuits of Arthur Banks" was nominated for 2 Webbys including "Best Comedy: Long Form". The series was a loose adaptation of his short "The Dinner Party".
