Jonathan Michael Goldstein

He graduated from the University of Michigan and received a law degree from Harvard, graduating cum laude.

Is a son of Judith Berg and Richard Goldstein, both of New York. His mother is a senior education program officer at the Wallace Foundation in New York. His father retired as a math teacher at Junior High School 167, also in New York.

His wife Adena Halpern is the author of the memoir, "Target Underwear and a Vera Wang Gown: Notes From a Single Girl's Closet," (Gotham, 2006), and the novels "The Ten Best Days of My Life" (Plume, 2007) and "29" (Touchstone/Fireside, 2010).

Jonathon is a graduate of Beachwood High School in Beachwood, Ohio. At that time, his mother was the assistant principal.
