(November 10, 2013) Married her longtime partner and fiance of 5 months Rodney Atkins during a beach ceremony in Captiva Island, Florida, where Rodney's son Elijah served as best man. The intimate event included only 20 guests, and was officiated by Charles Hutchins, the founder of the children's home where the groom spent his infancy before being adopted.

Has a step-son, Elijah Atkins (b. 2001).

Mother, with husband Rodney Atkins, of sons Ryder Falcon Atkins (b. December 14, 2017) and Scout Falcon Atkins (b. August 26, 2019). Rodney always loved the name Ry, and Rose came up with Ryder. Scout is after the first car Rodney ever drove. Both boys have middle name Falcon - their mother's maiden name.

Rose Falcon is Jewish on her mother Myla's side and English, French, and Spanish on her father Billy's side.

When Rose was 4 years old, her mother Myla Falcon died from breast cancer.
