Had turned down the gig to direct "Halloween II" because he didn't like the script.

Tommy Lee Wallace directed Halloween III: El día de la bruja (1982) - which is produced by John Carpenter - who worked on many films with Debra Hill - who also produced Halloween III: El día de la bruja (1982) - and both helped in casting Tom Atkins who starred in John Carpenter's La niebla (1980) with Nancy Kyes who also starred in Halloween III: El día de la bruja (1982) and was married to Tommy Lee Wallace.

It's intentionally a little bit funky. It's like the Little Rascals went out and made this movie, just to spite Halloween. And I love that.

I'm a dyed-in-the-wool hippie. I think it's wise for citizens to be vigilant. I don't trust big corporations, or big television, or big advertising.
