The End of an Era, and the Beginning

Gng the fights are just absoultley raking it up now with dekus tears all might getting beat up and so much more can make a man cry such a good episode with backugo now getting rebooted he will be the last hope but the episode to end and start a new era was this one right here: season 8 EP 2 is one if the best in the whole show.

This episode had everything from tense emotion to great art direction, animation, and an incredible soundtrack. The OST at the end, 'Flect's Thoughts', was very appropriate in my opinion as it went well with how surprising the event that occurred while the OST was playing. Yuki Hayashi once again showing his brilliance with his composed soundtracks. Those final shots were some of the most detailed and visually stunning frames in the whole anime. This season seems to be getting better and better each episode. With a healthy schedule it looks to be the most consistent and the best the anime has looked animation wise. I'm very excited for the next episode!

Very few anime can capture the emotions of their viewers the way My Hero Academia does, and Episode 2 of Season 8 is a perfect example of that. The pacing, the build-up, and the emotional intensity all come together beautifully in this episode. The voice acting is absolutely top-tier; every line feels charged with genuine emotion, whether it's fear, determination, or heartbreak.

This is peak anime!!!! Last time I had this much of adrenaline rush was at the penalty shootout of wc22 final and in the end of Avengers Endgame where tony snapped his finger. The buildup was perfect and thats why the climax scene gave such goosebumps. I am happy to be hyped for this season and hoping it will continue to give such masterstrokes along its way.

Been waiting for this episode to air since I first read it in the manga and they nailed, im tears. They way My Hero Academia is able to make people so invested in the narrative and its caracters is simply incredible. This whole scene has a build up since season 1 when we first saw All Might and it was all worth it.
