The theme of girl meets boy. Both are attracted to each other but part without exchanging contact info. They both try to find each other online and through the hotel but strikeout. Fate intervenes and the magically connect again.

A really interesting and original premise and really well executed. Niall Matter and Autumn Reeser are two of Hallmark's best, so it's no surprise that they shine here. Together and apart, they make this film work. And work well it does!

All those scenes in the hotel just ooze Christmas warmth, with Ottawa's Fairmont Château Laurier standing in. What a brilliant building and a great setting.

Almost from the first scene I could tell that there was something smooth about this movie. (Yesterday I said the exact opposite about another new Hallmark movie for this year.)

Autumn Reeser and Nial Matter are Hallmark veterans and certainly contributed to that feeling. There was a quiet chemistry between them.

The plot was fairly simply although there were two interwoven plot threads. The obvious one is Dave and Annie trying to find each other after Dave missed the flight he was supposed to be on with Annie. The second is Annie gaining confidence to follow her dream.

You know the two characters are going to just miss each other several times. That type of plot usually frustrates me, but there are several flashbacks to the night they were together.

This is such an amazing Hallmark movie. In my opinion it's the best so far for the Christmas 2025 season! It's a must see of the season. Finally, a movie that bought tears in my eyes and joy in my heart. Niall & Autumn are two of my favorite Hallmark stars. I'd almost given up on the traditional good feeling Hallmark movies but this has brought new hope with this movie. This is one I could watch several times & love it every time.

It's lighthearted, fun and with Nial Matter and Autumn Reeser - it's definitely worth watching. These two together were great!
