Buckshot

Buckshot isn't just a well-made comedy short-it genuinely delivers a lot of fun and entertainment. The story follows two brothers who make their living by robbing stores, until their routine is abruptly disrupted when one of them believes he's received a message from a higher power and begins to question the morality of their lifestyle. Could they actually get honest jobs and earn their meals the right way?

The film clearly draws inspiration from several box office classics. In many ways, it feels like a modern-day retelling of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, but with a comedic twist. It also borrows stylistic elements-cinematography, characters, and dialogue-from Quentin Tarantino's films, particularly Pulp Fiction. Other influences are noticeable too.

For a 12-minute short, Buckshot offers a lot. It's a great pick when you're short on time but still want to relax and enjoy a good film. I'd definitely recommend this one.

A pretty nice comedy about a soft and a rude guys, about different perspectives about life about books and a poster with jesus and few religious sisters in a motel room .

And, not last, fair performances of Armani Rivera as the pragmatic Earl, Taj Cross as dreamy Dustin ( indeed, the short presence of Kathi Koenig just matters, too).
