I got the opportunity to watch the preview and I'm telling you this movie is hilarious! It has all the thrills and frills. Storyline holds water, and video and sound quality are all there. Spoof movie, Stoner gold, Spider-Man cameo?! These guys really know how to put on a show! There may not be a police officers star setting the cast, but the local film industry in Indianapolis has a lot to be proud of after this release. The soundtrack rocks. The special effects are pretty impressive. Indianapolis is where it's at! The movie title is Marijuanlmbies, I'm ean, cmon! Give it a watch if you're into gory hilarious stonerflicks.

If you take your movies very seriously, and can't enjoy a self-aware ridiculous movie, you'll be miserable.

But, if you like your movies to be silly, and break the fourth wall, with jokes that are outdated by at least 20 years. You're going to have a blast.

Also, if you're looking for a gut munching zombie flick with loads of gore, you're going to be extremely disappointed. This movie puts the stoner comedy first, and the horror last. The gore is actually very minimal for a zombie movie. The story focuses much more on the stoner buddy adventure aspects of the story.

That said, this movie is a blast. It's got great jokes, that usually land, a great cast with great chemistry, and a fun story. Are these professional actors? No. But they're acting their hearts out anyways. Also, this fun little romp has a cameo from rapper/actor Cartoon Bondurant, who I had the pleasure of directing in the upcoming stoner comedy/horror Ssssstoner Snake (2025)

I'll admit that when I first seen anything on this movie I had very low expectations, but after watching it, it feels like Indiana has their own Kevin Smith now. This movie was great from beginning to end and the way they dodged all the copyright stuff was great. Do yourself a favor and watch this movie. Def comedy of the year imo. I'm seriously hoping we get a sequel down the road (not trying to spoil anything) and maybe even a trilogy if I'm being honest. This film goes to show what some time, effort, a script, and some homies can do if you give them the right amount of time. GO WATCH MARIJUAMBIES TODAY!!!

Marijuambies is hands-down one of the funniest, most ridiculous, and weirdly genius movies I've seen in a long time. From start to finish, I was laughing so hard my cheeks hurt. The humor is clever and unapologetically over-the-top, with perfect timing that makes every joke land.

The makeup effects? Absolutely on point - the kind of detailed, creative work that makes you forget you're watching talented actors and not cheaply created stoned shambling marijuana zombies. The costumes had this perfect balance of absurdity and authenticity, making the whole thing even more believable in its own bizarre way.

The storyline itself was wildly creative. It didn't just lean on silly humor - it actually had a plot that flowed naturally, kept me hooked, and made sense in its own wonderfully strange universe. Every scene connected smoothly, with just the right amount of chaos sprinkled in to keep things unpredictable.

In short, Marijuambies isn't just a movie - it's an experience. Hilarious, imaginative, and so well put together that you can't help but appreciate the craft behind the madness.
