Numb Chucks

I pretty much hate all the new shows on YTV and decided to give this show Numb Chucks a try and I was right, it sucks just like all the other shows on YTV these days.

The show revolves around these two brothers named Dilweed and Fungus who worship their idol Wood Chuck Morris and always do something stupid to ruin the day for their friends.

I just can't stand this show because of the stupid things these two idiots always do and get away with, for example they have a neighbor, a sheep named Buford who they always torture (Pretty much what happens in Spongebob with Spongebob and Patrick torturing Squidward). They also annoy their other neighbor a moose who just wants to relax and live his life but these two idiots just won't let anyone live peacefully. The thing I hate most about this show is no matter how much they torture others, nothing bad ever happens to these idiots in return.

I have no idea why people hate this show or what's it got to do with Spongebob, but maybe the haters are Chuck Norris fans or smth. I really love it, too bad I can't seem to find it on TV anymore...

The funny episodes of them trying to use their kung-fu skills which end up making the problem even worse for themselves. I Used to watch this so much after school, everyday and it always put a smile on my face, the funny problems and jokes these so called kung-fu masters would make. What always made me laugh was the way they made fun of Chuck Norris by making a character called wood-chuck norris and their never ending quest to finally meet him. Even the names of the main characters helps us picture what they would act like they are literally called Fungus and Dilweed if that doesn't give us an indication of what type of these are I don't know what will.

While this show has some whit and humor for kids, it lacks the morals needed for the audience it is being portrayed to and uses a lot of bathroom humor and lacks sheer intelligence on any level. The show is dry and fairly annoying, and is a smudged carbon copy of Spongebob, the beloved children's show.

Dilweed and Fungus- The idiot friends/brothers who go around obliviously making everyone's life worse. Comparable to Spongebob and Patrick.

Buford- The more adamant and angry neighbor of the above characters who serves as the usually misunderstood antagonist that never gets their way. Comparable to Squidward.

Quills- The more intelligent and sweet girl who has a job and also puts up well with the duo. Comparable to Sandy

Hooves- The sensible character who holds a significantly different accent and seems to be older than the main characters. They act as a mentor and usually can put up with them, but often gets frustrated in their wrecks. Comparable to Mr. Krabs.

The redeeming factor of this show is the voice acting performance. With actors such as Robert Tinkler and Julie Lemieux, the show is hard to give a low score, as they are well known voice actors among kids shows and for that deserve a much higher rating.

Sadly, despite the great vocal cast the story seems to be a carbon copy of oh too many kids shows and has very few redeeming factors to make it stand out.

I am in love with this show i really don't know why people hate it;(
