Not bad not good. For some reason, I feel something is missing in the movie. I don't know what. It could be directed and organized better.

Just like a documentary of our life, cruel and honest

Definitely rated this 10 for the honesty, it is our revolution to make. We all live in this abnormal environment, and became abnormal person to grow up.

forced in growing

I have read it several times before I finish it. Every once in a while, I have to take a break and do something else. I really can't stand it. I began to think that Li is the unreasonable waywardness of adolescence and the story of later growth. An Oscar-winning direction

The script is by no means perfect and has even a number of inexplicable plot holes. Nevertheless, that is easily made up by an Oscar-winning direction from Cao Baoping. Confident, suspenseful and economic, Cao's direction sets up the realistic production design, groundbreaking cinematography, and down-to-earth acting performances. Not a single thing gives a bad acting, including the dogs. The smooth storytelling keeps the attention of the audiences towards the very end. The angle and focus of the cameras are both cleverly and carefully chosen by the director. In a nutshell, this is probably the best coming-of-age film ever in Chinese-language.

This is my life

This movie is to myself not only a movie. It's a journal of my own juven life. I cannot be neutral to criticize this plot. Because I can not judge my lifestyle right or not. They don't learn to understand and be responsible to their mistakes. They only know violence, selfishness, philistine and indifference. This, they won't care others feelings, when they are involved into some issues. All they can do is roaring, compulse the weakness abandon its right. They mentally abuse others, and ironically they eulogize it with "C'est la vie." or "you are too naive to know the truth." They are not truly grown up.
