I watched this movie with zero expecatation and this one surprised me. Nice movie with a decent story. The movie is also packed -with some good action choreography. Suraj and the actor who played the role of the close aid have performed really well. Suraj once again proves that he is super versatile with whatever roles he gets.

The main highlight is the acting of the lead youngsters. Hridhu Haroon's performance is superb in his role and he has a good talent in acting, the other youngsters have also tried their level best. The portrayal of the camaraderie between the youngsters were well executed by the director.

Expecting more movie from Musthafa, the director in the coming years.

Overall, a nice action flick.

A story about the underdogs and emerging goons/gangsters conveyed through a realistic narrative.

The story revolves around 4 closely knitted college dropout boys who aims to join the notorious gangster group of Trivandrum and the menace they come across their journey forms the crux of the story.

Musthafa has kept his bars high by proving his mettle again as a filmmaker and satisfied the viewers expectations by giving a good movie. Strong writing by Suresh Babu keeps the audience engrossed to the screen. The movie portrays raw emotions, bloodshed, violence, revenge,betrayal and true friendship and brotherhood through intricate moments. The storyline reminds of a phrase in the new testament of the Holy Bible from the gospel of Matthew "One who lives by sword shall die by sword".

Brilliant performance by Maala Parvathi in a never before seen avatar added with subtle performance by Suraj and poignant raw performances from Hridhu Haroon. Impressive performances by Jobin Das,Yedhukrishnan,Anujith,Krish Hassan,Vigneshwar Suresh,Kannan Nayar & Thenappan.

Special appreciation to the technicians behind the screen specially the DOP Fazil Nazer & the editor Chaman Chakko for their efforts in culminating an engaging movie.

Mura is definitely a worth watching flick on big screens for an engaging and satisfying experience.

It takes about 45 mins to set the plot for the movie n appeals very average until then. The second half made the movie definitely worth a watch. It highlights how bad association can ultimately screw everything for life. A tragic story, one time watch. Originally a Malayalam movie dubbed in Hindi as well. Available in Amazon Prime, my ratings 6/10!

Four friends Ridhu, Jobin, Anujith, and Yedhru who are involved in petty crimes. These four friends cannot live without each other. They can even give their lives for each other. They do not have much purpose in life. But one day their lives take a turn when they meet their elder brother Ani and leader Ramadevi and agree to rob them. But while they are robbing this money, they face trouble. From which they cannot easily get out.

It is not good to be too greedy. Greed leads to death. The bad consequences of being greedy are presented very well in this movie, for which the director, writer, and all the actors of this movie deserve praise.

Suraj Venjarmudur's performance is truly praiseworthy. His presence has added a new dimension to the movie. The young actors have performed exceptionally. However, some parts of the movie could have been improved. Especially Mala Parvati's character. I think the movie would have been more enjoyable if her past history and how she became Ramadevi had been presented in depth. But we don't know her past.

Those who like friendship movies you should definitely watch it.

Notes: 1. Hridhu Haroon is truly a promising talent. He has a decent screen presence in the action and emotional scenes.

2. The other boys are also good in their respective roles. However, their bonding could've been written and established more strongly for greater emotional payoffs in the latter half.

3. Christy Joby's music (both songs & score) keeps the goings-on interesting.

4. The second half loses some steam, but the action blocks remain consistently solid. Chaman Chakko assembles them with raw finesse.

5. A cast-against-type Maala Parvathi makes for a worthwhile antagonist.

6. Suraaj easily makes for a believable Trivandrum-based gangster with a formidable past-something Prithviraj struggled with delivering in Kaapa.

7. The climax feels slightly abrupt, though the message (those who live by the sword die by it) is loud and clear.
