My husband and I really enjoyed this one! So quirky and funny. Really great writing. Highly recommend!

Madcap done relentlessly entertaining.

Starting with a comedic performance piece, what follows is predictable series of unfortunate events back-dropped with lots of jabs against the brutal superficiality of Hollywood, the perils of survival scenarios ensemble coaster is one absurd raucous after another. A refreshingly different take on staying the course with light-hearted humor in the face of mortal dangers.

Def worth the time.

Cute, funny, currently relative. Smartly goofy, well-written and directed disaster film. If you need to laugh at the world right now (summer 2020), this is a good one to go with.

Comedy in misfortune

A different take on surviving the apocalypse. A wry comedy that follows a pair of actors as they attempt to survive after society has broken down. A lot of the humor is subtle and comes from the characters low key reactions to stressful situations. The absurdity of politely chatting with acquaintances they ran into while out looking for supplies in an abandoned grocery store. Its an amusing indie movie,

Forgettable fun...........

This film is fun. It has a low budget feel that makes you like it. The actors are fun as they play themselves. And the writing is fun. It has an offbeat feel and on some level it is enjoyable. But on the other hand, it is rather forgettable. Nothing in it particularly shines. To where it is fun and likeable just not memorable in any way. Overall its a fun indie kind of film, but not memorable.

Diani and Devine funded the movie with a successful $100,000 Kickstarter campaign in 2013, where they described the project as "a modern take on the classic Abbott & Costello/Martin & Lewis/Hope & Crosby comedy team genre set against the background of the collapse of civilization." The campaign also said: "It's like one of those old Bob Hope/Bing Crosby ROAD TO... movies meets Cormac McCarthy's THE ROAD. It's THE ROAD TO THE ROAD!"

SPOILER: After the end credits there is a brief scene slowly panning over desert bushes. Ed pops up from hiding with a bush on the top of his head as camouflage, quickly looks left and right, then drops back down into hiding again. As Gabe had predicted, Ed is still alive.
