I think most of the reviews on here are really just automated from chat-gpt bs to fluff up it's ratings; they definitely didn't watch the same movie I watched.
The story was a failed attempt to copy the movie "hitch", a big city dating coach with a heart of gold falls for a jaded person who is out of their reach but gets them in the end, but only after nearly giving up and packing their bags to leave in defeat over a misunderstanding.
The acting was awful on the lead male, The girls all say he's perfect in everything, even in bed, and he's as boring as cardboard. All he has is the veneer of money, which, doesn't cover up his toneless lack of charm.
The storyline was flat and a toddler could guess the lines and cues.
Female lead did better but couldn't un-sink the ship
The end was too dumb and childish to comprehend... He flew everyone out to Korea to ask her to be his girlfriend? What?? So dumb I'm stupider now for watching this, I blame my wife, lol!

A movie that can make you feel different emotions, you can feel kilig and the drama at the same time. The chemistry of the main leads is what makes this movie so strong, you can feel their chemistry through the screen and as if you are inside the movie itself.
You can feel the emotions, the eyes speak for itself and also kudos for the hardworking director and staff behind the camera for the passionate and unending support for the main leads that make the movie successful.
Also, you can invite your friends and family to watch this movie because it's not just about love it's also talks about family.

Acting of leads were both good but in some scenes, the male leads had issues with delivery of lines but overall is satisfactory.
Storyline is quite predictable but no dull moments so you'll keep watching. The ending is not what I have expected but I am still satisfied.
Cinematography is 10/10 for me. They selected the best filming locations and the camera's angles were good. It's like watching a kdrama.
Chemistry of the main leads is 10/10. It's a beautiful pairing because they look so good together and that alone could be a reason to watch the movie hehe. No sensual kissing scenes but the "kilig" is to the highest level LOL.

Why You Should Watch It Now
1. It showcases the undeniable & sizzling ✨ chemistry between Barbie and David that joyously 🎉 transcends from TV to the big screen. Even the seniors in the cinema where I watched it can't help giggle every time they have confrontation scenes. 😊
2. It's a romantic 💓 comedy that serves on point yet very tense🔥and butterflies-in-the-stomach inducing conversations between the main leads - you would wish you are there in the scene with them. 😊😊 The yacht scene is my most favorite. I wish Adam and Mila would stay in that yacht until they produce 12 kids together. 😂 😂
But, seriously, that yacht long-conversation scene can really make your heart tremble and make your knees weak. 😊 David has really mastered the subtle acting art. Every nuance, expression, gesture, and vocal delivery of someone who's falling in love - HE BLOODY NAILED IT.
3. Barbie Forteza wears so many beautiful dresses 👗 in this movie. She officially ended 💅 her teen-girl persona era while she struts around wearing all those chic and fashionable outfits.
4. Some scenes are filmed in South Korea. 🌸 They added more romantic ambiance ✨ to the whole story.
5. No villains, no side stories, the whole movie is all about how love finds Adam and Mila. 😊
6. No poverty porn! Yes! It depicts the Philippines positively - showing affluent places and decent working and dwelling spaces of the female lead. I just hate it when Filipino movies keep on showcasing poverty porn.
My only complaint is, it's TOO short despite the fact that it is a 2-HOUR-PLUS LONG movie. I feel like I wanted more. It's BITIN! It's not enough for me 😭 😭

This Filipino romantic comedy breaks away from the country's cinematic trends of focusing on intense dramas and stories involving mistresses, offering instead a light, fresh take on love and relationships. The chemistry between Barbie and David is palpable, creating an electric atmosphere that makes the audience eagerly anticipate their every move. The moment their characters move closer or are about to kiss, the cinema erupts with screams, cries, and a wave of emotions, a testament to their magnetic connection.
Barbie, with her impressive résumé of nine best actress awards, delivers another stellar performance. However, this role showcases a different side of her - she is mature, sexy, sultry, and confident. Her wardrobe perfectly complements her character, adding to the overall appeal. David, on the other hand, convincingly portrays the CEO vibe, embodying his character Adam with charm and authority.
A standout in the comedy department is Divine, Barbie's sidekick, who brings a fresh and unexpected dose of humor to the film. The confrontation scenes are particularly poignant, delivering a roller coaster of emotions that resonate deeply. Despite the lengthy running time, the engaging performances and the actors' perfect fit for their roles make it fly by.
While the backstories and characterizations could use more depth, the undeniable chemistry between Barbie and David, often referred to as BarDa, saves the movie. Their dynamic is so compelling that it leaves a lasting impression, making viewers hope for a real-life romance between the two. This film is a delightful experience that brings happiness and lingers in the mind long after the credits roll.
