While the 2020 "American Terror Tales" and the 2023 "American Terror Tales II" were indeed both terrible horror anthologies, I still opted to watch the 2024 "American Terror Tales 3", solely because it was a movie that I hadn't already seen.
Needless to say that I had zero expectations to "American Terror Tales 3" given the abysmal previous two movies.
Now, whereas the previous two anthologies at least had discernible segments, "American Terror Tales 3" felt like a random mix of whatever the directors had filmed and handed in for a computer to random put together. The was no continuity, no coherent storyline, no nothing. It was nothing more than random scenes shot individually and pieced together in a pathetic attempt to make a horror anthology.
Of course I was not familiar with a single actor or actress on the cast list. Not that it mattered, because I didn't care one bit about the acting performances, as the randomness of the pieced together scenes made no sense, so I just gave up on trying to keep up with what characters were doing what and why.
Don't waste 58 minutes of your life on watching this rubbish, I beg you. Some of us literally suffered through the ordeal that is "American Terror Tales 3", so you don't have to; you're quite welcome.
My rating of "American Terror Tales 3" lands on a very generous two out of ten stars. What kept "American Terror Tales 3" from landing on a bottom-scraping one star, was the production value, because the contents of the script was garbage.
