A Model Murder

Someone is killing internet models. Kara Woods (Sara Ball), modeling under the handle Klassy Kara, is on the rise. She is struggling to make it as a real actress. Her agent dumps her for not doing exploitation films. Her jock baseball player boyfriend gets too possessive. She gets a stalker. Emily Freeman (Molly Gibson) is her constant manager. Security expert Cody Johnson (Austin Valli) offers her six months of free protection.

This is Lifetime. There is plenty to nitpick. Some of this is unreal like a security camera in a bar restroom. The cops are pretty bad although they usually are in these movies. There is a series of murders and one would hope that the cops are more aware. Sara Ball is fine. At least, she fits the profile. She is a functional actor which is also the profile. I do have some basic problems. She lives in a mansion all by herself and I wonder about her character background. There is an obvious suspect in this movie and everybody looks dumber for not considering it. This is not the worst, but there are too many things to nitpick.
