Son Pari is a fantasy drama where a girl who has lost her mother in a very young age meets a fairy and that fairy keeps helping her through the ups and downs of life. The fairy's name is Son Pari. That's why the show's name is Son Pari (Gold Fairy).
This drama always makes me really nostalgic. It was one of those most beautiful parts of my childhood when I used to lead such a carefree life. I would come from school and watch Son Pari on TV. Just like this fairy, those were truly the golden days. The story was very simple, completely illogical now that I think of it (maybe because it was a fantasy story) but the acting was really good. The person who played Altu (a jinn) in this drama, I still call him Altu uncle whenever I watch him in other dramas.
The characters would make a special place in your heart if you continue watching this simole yet captivating story. But it's a really long series and intended for children. So not all adults will enjoy it. But if I still had the chance of watching it, I would watch the whole series again.
