Kittu evoked the haunting intensity of SRK's character from *Darr*, embodying that same allure that grips you with its obsessive charm. I couldn't help but ponder how Ramu might have elevated the film by investing more time in the casting of the perfect actress for the pivotal role. Despite her passionate dedication and the raw depth she infused into her performance, there was an irony in how her fervent efforts seemed to work against her, rendering the portrayal somewhat less compelling. However, I still found the overall experience to be a delightful journey, whisking me back to the golden era of RGV's mesmerizing storytelling, where every frame felt alive with intrigue and dramatic flair.
I don't usually leave reviews, but after watching Saree, I feel morally obligated to warn others before they waste even a second of their lives on this cinematic abomination.
From the very first frame, it's clear that Saree has no idea what kind of film it wants to be. Is it horror? Drama? Psychological thriller? It tries to be everything-and fails miserably at all of it. The storyline, if you can even call it that, is a complete joke. There's no plot, no character development, no coherent timeline-just a scattered mess of scenes thrown together in the hopes that something will stick. Spoiler: nothing does.
The acting is beyond amateurish. It's like the cast was pulled off the street 10 minutes before shooting started. Expressions are off, dialogues are flat, and emotional scenes are unintentionally hilarious. I found myself laughing at scenes that were meant to be intense or scary, just because of how badly they were executed.
Let's talk about the technical side-cinematography, editing, sound design... all equally horrible. The camera work is shaky and inconsistent, the lighting is either too dark or overly dramatic for no reason, and the editing is so choppy it gave me whiplash. There are random slow-motion shots that serve no purpose, awkward close-ups, and background music that feels like it was lifted from a free stock library with no thought whatsoever.
The worst part is that Saree pretends to be deep or symbolic, when in reality it's just hollow and pretentious. It tries to create suspense, but since nothing is grounded in logic or reality, the audience is just left confused and annoyed.
By the time the movie finally dragged itself to the end, I was exhausted-not because it was intense, but because I spent the whole time waiting for something to happen. It never did. The ending, just like the beginning and middle, is lazy and meaningless.
I honestly wish there was an option to rate this movie in negative numbers. Giving it a 0 would be too generous. It's not just bad-it's a complete waste of time, money, and effort. Whoever approved this for release owes the audience an apology.
Avoid Saree at all costs. Watch literally anything else. This isn't a movie-it's a punishment.

I liked cinematography.
Especially the projector scenes.
Key points.... Intense acting of actors.
Saaree stands out for its cinematography and DOP work, capturing raw emotions and obsession through visually striking frames. The lighting, close-ups, and composition elevate the mood, making even slow moments visually engaging. Though the story lacks depth and the pacing falters, the visual storytelling adds tension and atmosphere. While not perfect, it's a treat for those who appreciate technical finesse in framing and camera movement. If you love good visuals, Saaree offers something to admire despite its weak plot.

Saaree" is a painful reminder that not every story needs to be told. With a weak script, cringeworthy dialogues, and direction that lacks vision, it struggles to hold attention from start to end. One of the most forgettable cinematic experiences in the past decade.
Watching Saaree feels like sitting through a painfully long lecture delivered by someone who doesn't know the subject. You keep checking your watch, hoping it'll end soon. And when it finally does, you're left wondering why you didn't just walk out halfway.
In conclusion, Saaree is a colossal misfire in every department. Poorly written, badly directed, lazily acted, and technically weak-it's the kind of film that makes you question the choices of everyone involved. Avoid it unless you're compiling a list of the worst films ever made. And even then, proceed with caution.

If there is an oscar for trash....called movies .....this one takes the cake. Thriller about a mental guy obsessed with a young girl.....stocks her abd goes to any length in gis own weird way. He is a photographer. Girls also need to understand to what lebgth they can go with fuys and especially random guys that just appear from nowhere. There are a lot of sickos our there these days. RGV - please retire and save us. I recently watched Shiva and loved it again aftee all these years. You lost your mojo. Watch it if you like movies where weird guys stock youbg girls abd obsess over tgem, if they are even a bit friendly thinking they are in love.
