black and white reality

This stylish new black and white family drama from Hungary looks at times like a thriller or even a horror film: it shows us the black and white reality in the head of a restless traumatized man. We see his fears, anger and the desperate need to protect his 12-year-old son, who is showing signs of deviant behavior. But is this man taking the right stance? We are so absorbed in his head that we forget to ask one simple question: is it the same reality for everyone? What if he is wrong?

Would I see things the same way if I was in his shoes?

It's definitely a very interesting debut worth watching and reflecting upon afterwards.
