House of Kardashian

For me it was an absolut great "documentary"! A look behind the fake, artificial, driving people crazy (because they don't look like that, don't have a life like that, invest tons of money they don't have in superficialities) facade!

It is not a hymn of praise but an honest, critical look at the family, the rise, the insanely great influence that this plastic world has and had on women and thus on society. I was not aware of this and I am completely fascinated (and not necessarily in a positive way) by the consequences of this hype...absolutely worth seeing (with your head switched on) I hope that a lot of people will really look at this and at least think about it a little!

It makes no sense.

They could have taken a lot of angles on this and they choice tabloidy repurposed information.

The first episode was slightly interesting regarding the origin of Kris Jenner, but by the end you're wondering if you can trust any of it.

Way too many in depth subplots when there's enough source material to around.

Where did they get this cast of characters from? Seriously, the people interviewed in this seem like a bunch of random obscure people. They all seem bitter and fame hungry.

Did not enjoy. Would not recommend.

First episode starts strong but very disappointing that Caitlyn's transitions impact on the family was such a focus when the premise of the show is about their rise in wealth and power, almost no coverage on Kendall's modeling for example? MY BIGGEST issue with this and why i made the effort of leaving a review, The producer of Ray J is one of the main contributors to insight about Kim's tape, but this was the same man that tried to extort more form Kim for "unseen footage" well documented when Kayne met with him and bought the original hardrives for Kim. They never address this? Untrustworthy source.

I was curious to watch this because this family is fascinating......lots of vapidness but intertwined with a lot of truly entertaining & intriguing insight (referring to Kardashians on Hulu) This "docuseries" though is not really about their impressive success & rise..it seems to be more about Caitlyn...did she have a hand in the production? Seems that this is a vehicle for her...on the backs to whom she criticizes..I only added another star because of the video footage..truth be told And btw, when NO ONE involved with a topic declines to speak.... Well that's a trillion words.

Still interested in documenting how phenomenal this PINNACLE of female empowerment came into play with each sister.... Their origin story as opposed to the bs.
