The Girl Who Invented Kissing

This is a real little gem of a movie! The concept will keep you involved until the stunningly good ending! The acting is great throughout, Suki Waterhouse is great as the pill-popping girl, but Dash Mihok as Victor is simply amazing as the older but slightly mentally challenged brother. His performance is incredible and so real it will bring tears to your eyes! Yes it's a sad movie but well worth seeing even if just for him alone! Don't miss it!!!

Extraordinary movie,with some very lively and ''to be true'' acting .the girl,she is nameless brought ahead by a very beautiful Kira Waterhouse, and the man called Viktor, who has a braindamage due to an accidenta as a child,are brought together as a deed of destiny. this film has got nearly everything.emotions,fun,irony,grief,sorrow and death. if you would like a special x-mas gift,this is the one to see

Just a very touching good movie with great acting. Its about two brothers jimmy and Vic. Vic is a bit slow ( also has a hearing aid) ( played by same actor who plays ray Donovan s slow brother) and his brother runs the bar the oak.one day Vic meets a beautiful young drifster who becomes friends with Vic and doesn't treat Vic like a slow retard as most people do.she doesn't tell him his name only that after kissing him that she is the one invented kissing. The storyline is not that complicated but the great acting makes this a very good and touching movie.

This film is about a mysterious woman who enters the lives of two brothers.

From the title, I thought the film is a teenage romantic comedy. But it is far from that. It deals with deeper issues such as the yearning for connection, brotherhood and trust. I feel much sympathy for Victor, he is a nice person and he is a character that draws you to him. It is also refreshing to see a character with a hearing impairment, which is not often seen on screen.

I watched a more popular film before this one (Gretel & Hansel) and I almost fell asleep numerous times but this indie film had not only kept my attention but grabbed me at the end. It's a real life, heart pulling story.
