Commando

Just saw this movie on DVD and I can say that it is one of the most entertaining Bollywood movies of 2013. This movie is far entertaining than other high budget and over-hyped crap like Dabang 2, Himmatwala etc. Though the plot is a little loose but still the entertainment quotient is far better as compared to other high budget movies. I was glued to my seat till last minute and didn't think about taking a break. The fun element, comic scenes (thanks to the villain Jaideep) and action sequences are top notch. The acting is good, especially the villain Jaideep was superb. Had the screenplay been more tight and believable, the movie would have been a classic cult. But it is still a very good movie. Commando is a full fledged action movie. This is total Pisa wasool film for action lovers. Viduit has done some of very dangerous stunt scenes.Film start with an Indian commando's escaping. Indian commando escaped when a helicopter crashed during routine practice. Indian commando cached by Chinese army.After some time Indian commando run away from Chinese army.At the India border he helped a girl from some bad guys.Till last there is chasing between commando and bad guys.This movie is pure action movie.Viduit jamwal is rocking.He has done good acting and action.Story is simple and dos not bore.Music is OK. Direction is good. Heroin Simron is good.Locations in the film is fabulous.

After a very long time, I got to see a very good Hindi Action film. It had just everything .....A kick ass action hero, an over the top villain, a heroine who spouts gr8 one liners, excellent location and some very well shot and executed action sequences. The only thing lacking was a entertaining item number. But I overlook the later.

The movie starts off well and there is rarely a moment where it becomes boring (except when the songs come in). The last 5 mins I felt is a little let down. However, this film is far better than the crappy South Indian action film remakes that are churned out over the last few years.

Jamwal is an actor to look out for. After a long time, Bollywood gets a fine action hero. Along with him, Alhawat is another terrific actor. He makes his AK 74 an entertaining villain who mercilessly kills people but before killing them tell them a joke so they can laugh while dying. Hope both of them get more roles and scripts that show their skills.

This movie is for pure action buffs....so others stay out !!

Commando One Man Army Title Tells Everything about Movie. Vidyut Jamwal is only reason to watch movie. His Stunts are unbelievable. I guaranty you that you have never seen such FAADU stunts Ever. Movie have very poor story screenplay and direction. Pooja Chopra is failed to make mark in this movie.She not suites in Simrit's Character. As Vidyut Jamwal performance in FORCE we all have very much expectations from him in COMMANDO and he not disappoint us. He really takes action to another level.His dialogues are also quite good. Vidyut Jamwal is best action hero in India as per my views. He performed all his stunts by himself without using cable except one where he jump in the valley. Movie may made better if the story was strong and directed with some better director. If that happen i am sure movie will become best action film ever made in bollywood. If you want to watch some stunning stunt's and you are fan of action movies then this is treat for you.

This is for the first time I am writing a review on IMDb though I have been following IMDb for the last 5 years, but this movie " Commando " has made me write it, First of all, I always love Hollywood films, I hardly like Indian Films, but When i first saw a promo of Commando I thought this is the Indian movie I should be watching, Offcourse I missed it in the theatre, but got a DVD copy of it.. What Do i say of this movie, VIDYUT JAMWAL is my next ACTION HERO, It was action packed movie, although there were some scenes where things have gone astray with the item number, nevertheless I really really loves it. Now i will highlights the points in terms of various aspects of it,.

1. Direction 7/10 : Direction was good enough, although I believe, the director could have added more to the end sequence, where the Army , and Police arrives.

2. Editing 5/10 : Although the direction was good, but i believe the director should have called some more skillful. There were points when they continuity went Haywire, it just didn't click to me..

3. Cinematogrpahy 9/10 : I am happy the Cinematographer had decided to stick to Hollywood standards, the camera movements captured the whole ambiance of the surround, felt like watching Hollywood movie.

4. Acting 8/10 : Although i liked Vidyuts acting , but pooja chopra's Acting was really not up to the mark, she struggled with Dialouges at time,

5: Dialouges : 8/10 : I am glad they broad sarcasm and intelligence in the dialouges,

6: Music 4/10 : Almost every aspect of this movie was good but the poor music kind of lost the touch with the story..

Overall the movie is a must watch, and I am glad the movie has been widely appreciated, I am going to watch it again ...
