The most overwhelming feeling I got from this movie was that it is unresolved. You sort of get snippets of information on the different characters, but you never get the full picture on anyone. It gives off a very middle vibe, like they cut out the beginning and end, and you're left with a vague awareness of what's going on. The flashbacks didn't do much to aid the storyline, and in fact the storyline itself moves at a turtles pace. Good cinematography and acting, but overall lacking in substance.
Not a bad movie at all! Much better then half the crap Hollywood puts out! Goes to show you that something so simple can be as effective as a huge budget blockbuster movie.
I'll start out that the first half of the movie had me very intrigued. The second half however changed. I thought the latter threw a 180 and went in the direction of action. I feel that if they would have toned it done some, or kept the plot linear to the first have the film would of turned out much better!
I thought the acting was well done from the two leads. Aaron Paul, I thought did a wonderful job! The female lead wad beautiful to look at, and needs more rolls. She is gorgeous! I Can't say much for her acting because her dialogue is mediocre.
I thought the musical score was great. The pacing worked okay for me. Well done to the director of this; good job.
All in all, very enjoyable movie for the first viewing. I would like to see more like this.
6.5 from me.

My first ever review.
I only really decided to watch this movie because i'm a big Aaron Paul fan (Breaking Bad fan). The movie was a bit slow to start off with, but to be honest, I was really surprised with it as it reached the ending. The ending of the movie was pretty cool, it was predictable but at the same time unpredictable which made me want to keep watching. The acting from Aaron Paul as always is a 10/10 and Annabelle Wallis is very easy to watch with also a 10/10 for her acting. The plot line made sense to a certain extent, the flash backs were really interesting and at points confusing but all made sense as the movie went on. I must admit, i didn't think i would have enjoyed the movie, as previously stated only watched it because of Aaron Paul, but all in all, i actually ended up enjoying the movie very much. 7/10 for me.

I ended up liking 'Come and Find Me' more than I thought I was going to. It gets off to a very slow start, and early on it puts more emphasis on the drama side of things than the mystery element. The mystery element is admittedly simple, but it has the potential to be very intriguing with a plot twist or two along the way. Nearing the halfway point in the film I was feeling like I was wasting my time a bit with this film. Then the second half gets under way and things start to pick up a bit, all leading to what turns out to be actually a very well written ending, both entertaining and moving all at once.
It does work as a drama. The flashback scenes were probably the best part of the movie. They were surprisingly well written and had me genuinely buying into the love the two main characters were supposed to share. Aaron Paul was an interesting casting choice. I loved him in 'Breaking Bad', but I never actually liked his character (entertaining and funny as he was) as a person. Here, he actually manages to pull off the "likable" personality trait quite well. I think a lot of that came back to the writing. The dialogue in this film is very well written for the most part.
It's not a flawless film by any means. There are a lot of odd character decisions and some iffy writing of action scenes at times. Overall though I think it achieves what it sets out to. It makes us buy into the love story of the characters and has us caring about their outcome. Don't give up on it too early would be my advice, the second half is much stronger than the first.

Romantic-Thriller from First Time Director Zack Whedon Featuring Aaron Paul and Annabelle Wallis. It is a Low-Budget, Barely Released Disappointment that gets Everything about Half-Right.
The Thriller Aspects, a Missing Girlfriend involved in Mysterious Goings On who Left the Pining Paul without a Note, is a Setup that is Classical and Consuming. There is a McGuffin (role of film), Gang Members, Intriguing Photographs of Unidentified, Creepy Looking Types, and so forth.
This is a Fine Beginning but as Things Unfold the Director Decides (not advisable) to Portray the Events with Equal amounts of Present Time and Flashbacks. When Things get Tense and Scary the Viewer is Immediately Time Shifted to the Past to Solidify Their Relationship.
After the First Few times this happens it becomes Tedious, Repetitive, and Stops the Films Momentum Cold. It is done with a Dull Regularity and the Story has to Gain Suspense all over again. This is Deadly to the Drama at hand. It Weakens the Movie as it Requires the Reinforcement of already Enforced Dangers.
So it's a Movie of Two Competing and Separate Stories. The Movie is Long at almost 2 Hours and it probably would have Worked Better if the Love Story was Cut by Half and the Flashback Angle was Abandon for a more Linear Approach.
Worth a Watch but be Prepared for a Start and Stop Feel that is Clunky and keeps this from being Less than it Should. All the Ingredients are here for a Good Thriller but the Awkward Mixing Misfires.

- PatzerDavid's first breakthrough in finding out what happened to Claire is spotting a street sign reflected in the windshield of an SUV she took a photo of, but when David finds the place where the photo was taken, you can see the nearest intersection is at least half a block away in the background, so there's no way such a distant street sign could have had a large enough reflection to be legible.
