The first Fred movie is one of the worst movies ever made, while Fred 2 is a marginal improvement- and is still the best of the three movies- but still very bad. Fred 3: Camp 3 is on the same level as the first and manages to almost be even worse, and this is coming from someone who had low expectations already. The movie visually never rises above bad TV show quality, with gaudy sets and very simplistic camera-work, and just as badly made as the Friedberg-Seltzer movies. The music is no better either, there are musical numbers that are mind-numbingly cheesy as well as out of place and irrelevant and there is nothing interesting or memorable about it generally. The story is practically non-existent and often feels like a predictable, badly-written parody. The writing and jokes are lazy, painfully unfunny and immature, the name of the camp is the closest the movie gets to induce a strained smile. The characters are obnoxious and stupid, as well as cardboard stereotypes. Fred is without a doubt down there as one of the most unbearably annoying characters ever committed to movie celluloid. And the acting is terrible, consisting of either people over-compensated or looking and sounding embarrassed. Siobhan Fallon and John Cena have little to do with badly written characters, while Lucas Cruishank shows no acting talent whatsoever, and personally there is yet to be a voice for any actor and movie so painful to hear that it literally splits the ear-drums than Cruishank's Fred. To conclude, every bit as bad as the other two and is this close to be worse than the first. This is one camp that you'd want to stay well clear from, otherwise you'll be living a nightmare if you had a camp name like that and to have people behave the way they do here. 1/10 Bethany Cox
I've watched this movie once when a friend told me to, but it was a complete waste of time and it was just awful.
The plot is horrible, the jokes are awful, I mean, only immature 5-year olds would even smile during this movie. I probably lost 1,000 brain cells to this godawful movie. Camp Iwannapeepee? More like Camp Iwannaneverwatchthisagain.

Fred 3: Camp Fred is 2012 Nickelodeon TV Movie That Aired on The Network on July 28, 2012. I Have a Soft spot for these Fred Movies I Know There not the best but they are so Stupid It's Funny. Anyway The Movie is about Fred thinking he's going to Camp Superior but His Mom Signed Him for Camp IWanttopeepee. This Movie like all the Fred TV Movies has Pointless Scenes & Stupid jokes but it's Enjoyable. It's also Stared Tom Arnold as Floyd Spunkmeyer & John Cena as Himself. Anyway this Movie is Stupid Fun. 6/10.
My older brother told me about this movie, since he saw it at summer camp back in 2013. I watched it for myself on YouTube recently, and... what can I say?!?!?!?! This movie is just horrendous! Admittedly, there are several bad movies that are guilty pleasures of mine (especially The Cat in the Hat and several Happy Madison movies), but this movie was just as bad as Zoom!
The third and final installment in the Fred trilogy (I have not watched the first two, and I'm happy I didn't), the movie centers around Fred Figglehorn (played by Lucas Cruikshank), a 16-year-old boy with a sped-up chipmunk voice that actually grates really quickly, who clearly doesn't know his head from his... well, you know. Fred has just begun his summer vacation and hopes to attend a very cushy, plush and popular summer camp called Camp Superior, but because his deadbeat mother, Hilda (Siobhan Fallon Hogan) cheaped out, he ends up stuck at a smelly, crummy, OSHA-violating summer camp, appropriately called Camp Iwannapeepee. Fred learns that every year, Superior and Iwannapeepee have competed in summer camp games, and Superior has won, and... wait, haven't we seen all this before? Come on! Daddy Day Camp wasn't quite this bad!
The acting is pure garbage. Lucas Cruikshank is supremely grating as Fred. Practically every scene he's in, he resorts to mugging desperately while talking straight to the viewers, and that chipmunk voice (which was funny for like one second) ain't helping. Even Siobhan Fallon Hogan, a good actress who's given really nice performances in Holes, Daddy Day Care and the live-action Charlotte's Web, seems to have forgotten all she knows about acting as Hilda! In fact, nobody seems to be even trying with their roles. It doesn't help that nobody is likable. Fred is a complete moron, and not in the endearing way like Harry and Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber, in the irritating way. And the friends that he meets at Camp are just cardboard cutouts.
The visuals don't help either. This movie is edited in a messy, incompetent and choppy manner that just SCREAMS "no-budget", and the simplistic, lackluster camera work, tacky sets and garish lighting don't make it any better. The special effects are just as bad, with some horrible and dated CGI in several places.
Oh, yes, and we mustn't forget the humor. The humor in this movie is more juvenile, pandering and insulting than in any other movie I've seen in my life. In my opinion, the only bit that actually got something of a chuckle out of me besides the camp name was the firework scene. The rest of the time, it's just irritating slapstick, the camp staff being complete idiots, and plenty of gross-out humor, especially Fred eating "nono berries", hallucinating, and then barfing, with some even landing on the camera.
Oh, and of course, the music. Roddy Bottum's score is mind-numbingly dull and mindless, and the musical numbers are completely out-of-place, and even intrusive to the narrative flow. They're also neither well-written, nor memorable.
When all's said and done, Fred 3: Camp Fred is probably the worst movie I've ever seen in my life. I really wish I didn't have to say this, because I hate to criticize movies, but this is all true. Don't watch!!!

You'd think after two Fred movies and a sitcom, Nickelodeon would cool it a little bit with Lucas Cruickshank's screaming teenage character. But no! We get this monstrosity! Basically Fred goes to this summer camp that's struggling. That's it. I swear, every time you watch Fred run around and listen to his aggravating voice, you wish for Jason from Friday the 13th to jump out of the TV and finish you off already! Thank god that this was the last movie in the Fred trilogy, and Lucas eventually retired Fred for good.
