In Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2, there are some things that are better than the original. But despite that, the movie remains below normal rqgarding its level.
In the movie, I praised the story and the more elements and revelations it has than the original, visual and sound effects, which were a lot better than the first installment, screenplay, cinematography, and ending, which paves the way for the next films in the Twisted Childhood Universe.
But the other elements, like the performances of the cast, soundtrack, and direction were very normal, even below than normal. Even the elements that I praised, although they are better in this installment than the first one, they did not reach an excellent level like the movies of these days. That is why when it comes to the score, I give Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 5 out of 10.

This film reminds me the terrifier movies the sense forget the plot and just murder people in any way you can think of.
This film was gory AF and the more the film went on it keep giving us bloody kills to the point where I didn't care about the plot anymore
I lost count how many people were killed in this movie if you love gore pretty sure you will enjoy it.
I don't remember much from the first movie going straight into this gives a bit of a back story.
This movie is definitely not for kids kinda which this movie will get it's hate from and it is odd to take a children character and turn him evil.

This is by no stretch of the imagination the best horror film ever made, but it's also by no stretch of the imagination the worst horror film ever made. If you enjoy slasher horror films, you will definitely get a kick out of this (think Saw, I Spit On Your Grave, Hostel- or anything by Eli Roth really, if you enjoy those, check this out). It includes a couple of twists that keep the story engaging enough for the run time, and it avoids following the same formula as the first film. There are a couple of comedic lines/scenes, as is to be expected. However, it's mostly an on par slasher horror film, that uses its exisiting characters creatively, and the new ones sparingly to keep them interesting. The writing, directing and acting is not Oscar worthy, but it is definitely better than a lot of what is being put out right now. Despite the amusing and silly premise of Winnie the Pooh slaughtering people, this film is surprisingly entertaining. It delivers on what it promises, quality time with your mates without bending the mind! If you grab a couple beers, I'm sure you won't hate this. Just remember to appreciate it for what it is. It's not trying to win awards. It's trying to entertain you.
Christopher Robin is the main protagonist, that already sets itself apart from the first film, and It was a fun time. They even added more characters. Another glaring issue was the narrator, it just seemed so uninteresting and uninspiring. But these problems have all brushed aside, and it seems much improved here. Maybe I did take the first film too seriously for it's own good, but it isn't a good film. Blood and Honey 2? Yeah, well maybe. So it's time to sit down and talk, about Winnie-The-Pooh 2:Blood and Honey, let's get into the review.
First off it seems more accurate to the beloved childhood toys, where Christopher lives in Ashdown and near the forrest. There's some beutiful imagery of the Town, and there's even a mystery surrounding Christopher's brothers disappearance. Creating for a nice mystery and an interesting scene. Which also shows a highlight in the writing, it's much better. The Character depth is much stronger. Thus making for a more entertaining and exciting watch.
Tigger, Pooh and Friends re-unite. For a chilling experience. Right from the start they take down a few girls in a Caravan. And now they are aiming to take down all of Ashdown and it's citizens but who will stop them, will it be Christopher Robin, or an armed group. No, It'll just be the Police. Who don't look so inept. In most Horror movies the police are played down and aren't very believable, here they seem to be much better. Even trying to search for the Killers. And Tigger using an Iconic quote, "That's my line" sends shivers down anyone's spine.
Christopher has a Job, and his family are heavily involved in the film, this is a good thing because it feels more developed and spends time with our Character in his own universe. His friends who also try to stop Tigger, the flying sourcer (Bird), and Pooh and they do alot of damage to one of his friends. Whilst Robin is now a nurse. And doesn't really have help, apart from the person who talks to him about his horrifying situation.
The good thing about this film is his Brothers story, which is quickly touched upon, it's not a main focus on the film but it does give us some insight on the character of Robin and his parents. And a tragic accident that happened that day, but still pops up in his mind every know and then.
Pooh returns to Christopher's home, where his parents are then killed. The sister, still remains to be alive. It was a strange decision by Pooh. But he does take down the parents, just as Robin's realisation takes him slower to get down to his parent's. And the good thing about this is it raises the stakes, and the emotional impact. The party then becomes a Blood bath. Which creates for an entertaining last half an hour of the film.
The ending is maybe slightly cheap, but I actually enjoyed the bond between the siblings, it more or less felt like a fitting conclusion to the whole family bond presented in the film. And it ends the film on a sweet end to a quite horrific turn of events in 2Hrs and 50 Minutes almost, if you count these two Movies combined. The Problems still the weak character writing, but it isn't as bad here. The costumes do look fine. Underatted, I do like the creature masks. Very cool and stylish.
Would I recommend this film?
Only If your really into your Horror, otherwise you can probably just skip it. 5/10.

Compared to the first movie, this movie is a dramatic improvement. The first movie had an identity crisis; it didn't know what it wanted to be. It was split between telling a story recognizable (albeit turned dark) to the source material and being a generic slasher. As a result, we ended up with the first ten minutes of the movie being surprisingly interesting, creepy, and engaging while the rest of the film felt simple, unthoughtful, and frankly not scary at all.
This movie throws all that aside. Instead of trying to tell a clear "Winnie-the-Pooh" story and getting lost when that theme inherently doesn't work for an extended storyline, it takes the characters (and to some extent the settings) of Winnie-the-Pooh and simply tries to make a slasher. You don't need to have any personal connection to Winnie-the-Pooh for this film to be decent. It has about as much plot as a slasher needs (which while minimal is significantly more than the first), the killings are adequately brutal, and you actually care (at least a little) about the characters. While I was still left with some disappointment over how certain plot points were explained, it was altogether not bad.
While I think this was actually a solid slasher film, there is only so high of a score a slasher film will get. It was enjoyable, but certainly not the epitome of horror, but is worth a watch if you are into the genre. Excited for part 3.

- PatzerThe film is set in England. When the father and son are bird watching, they see a male Red Cardinal, which is a native species of North America. Northern Cardinals occur in London year-round and do not migrate. They have dense down feathers that provide insulation during the colder months. Males and female birds can be distinguished visually by their plumage: males have bright red feathers while the female is a reddish-olive color.
