Neo Ultra Q seems to be a unique take on The Twilight Zone/Outer Limits. But it doesn't quite reach those lofty heights. I think the main problem is the short format the episodes are about 25 minutes long and should probably be at least 45 minutes long. They cover mostly folk tales or at least something similar, and it makes for an odd mix of fantasy/science fiction with a bit of emotion/empathy thrown in. Some of the episodes end before they should, not ambiguous just 'where is the actual ending'. It is pretty much a low budget effort, and much of the money seems to have been spent on special effects. The acting is OK, nothing special though. I still don't know why the three main actors came together or why, they weren't featured that much. It's fine for what it is and is worth a watch.
