Thank you that guy from college for showing me this masterpiece of a movie this cured my autism. And i found the love of my life. Her name is Talia Kirkko she loved the movie as well. The fact this movie has made it to the main stream and gaming there are refrenices to this movie in the hit game hearts of iron 4. The movie really explains alot about Finland and great culture and mighty power of war. Its not about running straight into enemy but actual strategies and planning ahead. Mannerheim is a great example of planning and exploiting the element of surprise which is showed in the movie Thank you for saving Finland king GG.

The movie fails in every way imaginable. The story is straight forward love story, told from the view of the main character, which becomes hard to follow and boring.

The movies is irritating to view at, often looking muddy, out of focus, and with outdoor scenes changing from bright and colorful, to dark and muddy, simply when the camera changes position.

The acting is serviceable at best. With the child actors sometimes looking at the camera and the adult actors looking like they would rather do something else.

It's obvious that the makers of this movie did not care about the subject matter and wanted to make the movie as fast as possible, as cheap as possible, with the whole premise being: "Let's change Mannerheim from a white Finn, into a black Kenyan.", which worked for them, in the sense that they got a lot of media coverage for it.

Unlike many of the defenders of the fatherland think, not Finnish Marshal Mannerheim's attempt to claim to be a biography of the film. The film makes it very clear that it is only a Kenyan story. Marshal of Finland, in fact, tells Kenyan man, who at nightfall tells her grandchildren the story of Mannerheim - which, of course, imagine him in Kenya. The solution seems so logical and obvious, that the multi-youtube-and-suomi24 user gets to know this after the completion of a fool of itself.

It's part of what the film is about self Mannerheim, is strictly limited to the man in the earliest years of life, and which only those that are related to her personal relationships

The task for Kenyan film crew was to create their own version about Finnish Marshal. But because politics and warfare seems to be out of crew's comfort zone, the crew decided to tell flat unlucky love story.

It has very bad acting, it's technically horrible, boring and short. Storyline is hard to follow and nothing really happens. It repeats some philosophical flat sentences "there are uphills and downhills". It is pretty much like a stereo type of African movie - even grave stones are made from sticks and permanent marker is used instead of proper engraving.

This movie raised huge scandal in Finland. It was far better as provocation than movie.

The only watchable part is at the very end of the movie. Otherwise... avoid.
