(Please 🙏 listen to us 'haters'! Because trust me I giving it my fair judgement. And I love rom coms as much as the next girl.)
Let me focus on the positive to say the least because there is very few. The actors are extremely goodlooking and it made me do a light ha randomly. But that's it.
The premise is basically a watered down version of knocked up, but make it 2x. But this version is way less funny. And the man is 'madly' in love with one of them. But he's trying his best for the both! He's just some poor guy, man. 🙄 If the writing was focused more in the dynamic of the three, this would've been a very fun film. But they made that more a sub plot. And focused on I don't even know. It was all over the place. This is close to a 2hr film and I can't tell you a single thing about these characters except for surface level stuff. Plus, this movie DRAGS. By the time you're done watching this film, the suspension of belief. It's broken way too many times. And a plot twist becomes extremely predictable. The whole thing feels like I could've made the story with my Sims.
It's just feels like a better quality camera student film. And I have seen my share of those. This tried to be more than what it is too. Save your energy, pick something else.
Someone mentioned this in one of the other reviews: One, there's a bunch of montages actually. But One of the montages is to the characters are dating after the inciting incident. And the film through a montage of changes of seasons, but cut to when they find out that they're pregnant it's only been 6 weeks! How? How it's it possible to go through summer, fall and winter in only a month and a half? What the hell is the timing of this stupid film? It's all over the place.

An R Rated movie called 'The Threesome' with a decent cast. This should be a fun time, right? Unfortunately not so much. The film set itself up really well. It had a convoluted situation that could go in a lot of interesting directions, and then it just kind of picked none of them and whimpered to the finish line.
The characters in the movie were good. They were reasonably likable and had good actors playing them. It was the script that never let them shine. There was very little charming dialogue and absolutely no laughs whatsoever. I don't think I laughed once.
All in all the film was about as forgettable as they come. 5/10.

Cypriot director Chad Hartigan delivers one of the year's most notable romantic comedies, starring Zoey Deutch, Ruby Cruz, and Jonah Hauer-King, with a script written by Ethan Ogilby.
Eternal romantic Blake experiences a wild night with Olivia and Jenny, which triggers a series of consequences that give rise to a captivating love story. Although essentially a comedy, the plot is surprisingly dramatic and manages to captivate you thanks to the great complicity generated by the solid performance of its cast. The leading trio completely dazzles as they show us the events that unfold after a passionate night.
Hauer-King carries the full dramatic weight of this complicated lover who must confront both personalities. A story that becomes more entertaining and charming as it progresses, as we come to understand each of its three members.
The director knows how to leverage the talent of his cast alongside a solid script. It's a story of a love triangle that frequently takes unexpected turns, exploring the confusion and impulsive decisions of the characters. He manages to capture the essence of a romantic comedy without resorting to clichés, creating a perfect balance with the drama, offering the viewer a whirlwind of emotions.
The film's greatest achievement is making the most of its strengths, overcoming its flaws, resulting in an interesting offering that remains captivating from beginning to end. Its sweetness, sensuality, intelligence, and the irresistible charm of watching this trio of protagonists on screen make it an overwhelmingly compelling experience.
A film worth watching, as it will be delightful entertainment for genre lovers, and for those who are more reluctant, it is also a pleasant and effective option to enjoy.

Also, it's like Knocked Up given the Spinal Tap treatment, 'turned up to eleven'.... Now there are twins!!
The script constantly keeps dropping twist after twist after twist, until the film finishes.
Zoe Deutsch plays the horrendous, selfish, manic pixie girl character that is thoroughly unlikeable throughout and yet we are supposed to have sympathy by the end?...puleeeeez.
The rest of the movie is ok. It's Reasonably well acted but the direction is somewhat perfunctory and lacks real vision.
It's worth a watch but if rom coms are your thing, then When Harry Met Sally is still the goat and Knocked Up are better rounded.

Caught The Threesome as part of the Regal Mystery Movie series. Never heard of it before. But the name mostly refers to a group of 3 people rather than the romantic act, which was PG-13 at most. It's funny, but not hilarious. It's emotional, but not deep.
Positives!
+Trio cast was well acted. Plus Greg was funny.
+Jonah Hauer-Kings emotion during a birth scene was one of the best I have seen.
+Well thought out love triangle.
Negatives!
-Drama got repetitive.
-Felt too long in parts.
-Romcom tropes were plenty.
The Threesome isn't a bad film. It just wasn't as original as the synopsis would have you believe. Good acting by the cast. 6.5/10.
