The K-Town Killer

"The K-Town Killer" is about a kickboxer named Grace. Her mother is behind on her rent and her landlord is abusive. He just comes across as someone you don't wanna mess with. I don't wanna spoil the film too much, but there is some violence.

I love this film. Grace is played by Kahyun Kim and her performance is excellent. The other performances are also excellent. The story is unpredictable and the climax is great. The violence is realistic and intense. Visually speaking, the film is often dark, but that's perfectly fine. I enjoyed the cinematography, editing, and such. I'm not sure how I feel about the ending, though. It's a bit abrupt. Anyway, "The K-Town Killer" is still very entertaining and I highly recommend it.

A profesional female fighter meets her mother after some time. An arrogant landlord is interested to evict the venerable lady and, at first sight, the pressence of daughter make things worst.

But a secret of young woman, a form of revenge against landlord and the others tenants , attracted by confrontation in parking are basic pieces defining a profound interesting story about relation mother - daughter, secrets and decisions. Beautiful performance of Joy Sung Kim is one of precious virtues of film. Not great, but obvious, touching for fair way to remind precious truth in honest - precise manner.
