A boy working on old man Zimmer's pig farm finds two skulls under the floor of the pen he is locked in. Are these the skulls of the two boys that worked for Zimmer? living off of pig mash mixed with growth hormones, bone and blood meal, he grows stronger but also a little carnivorous. After gaining his revenge the boy escapes, but has acquired a taste for blood. The Sheriff tries to find out what has happened to old man Zimmer and stumbles upon some farm animals mysteriously missing their hearts. He sends his two dedputies to investigate but they wind up the same way, heartless. Is the sheriff next? What is this creature that has the strength to tear out a beating heart without leaving as exit wound? Ask the medicine man that lives in the dark woods if you think you have the courage.
