Masterpiece

I usually don't review any movies. And this is my first review. I must say it is a masterpiece in Marathi film history. We have seen the jogata's since childhood but never realised the pain they carry in back. This movie depicts the true story of them. Music was best in class. Story line was far better.

Jogwa is considered to be cult classic with respect to the sensitive topic it handled and won many accolades throughout Maharashtra as well as in Indian annual Film National awards. Music Director Duo Ajay Gogavale & Atul Gogavale (Better known as Ajay-Atul and are real brothers) won The National Award for best music in 2009 Indian Annual National Awards. Notably Singers Hariharan (South Indian) & Shreya Ghoshal (Bengali) won the National Awards for singing in Male & Female category for the song "Jeev Rangala" featured on lead actors Upendra Limaye & Mukta Barve which is a Marathi song.
