Cuentos de la selva

The animation is so painfully bad, I didn't make it far before giving up. That alone makes this unwatchable. It's a complete waste of time. I am surprised the creators didn't ask them selves what they were doing and found something better to spend their time on.

Rented this movie, thankfully from the library because I would have hated wasting money on this. Awful movie. As my son said, "They talk weird." None of the voices match the mouths moving. Whoever produced this movie/made this movie/created this movie needs some lessons in animation. Awful, awful, awful!

Compared to the big production houses, the cgi animation many not be quite as polished, but the background scenery is very well done.

From my first impression, the animation appears to be dubbed into English - Not "out of sync." as the other reviewers stated. This is confirmed when looking at all the opening and closing credits - which are in Español - so I would be quite certain the original audio for the animation was Spanish ... NOT English !

Today nearly everyone should be used to watching "dubbed" animations as there are so many cartoons originating from Asia (anime) and elsewhere which are mostly subtitled or dubbed into English - since at least the early 1960s .

... all that aside, they are trying to tell a story about an invading "monster" a mechanical logging machine which was destroying the rain forest ...

I will leave it that, and will suggest you take a look at this Jungle Tales film then make your own opinions ... it definitely is not that bad.
