Excellent

Single-shot documentary. No swearing all displaying of Shanghainese food and no criticising of it. 10/10 Rick! Oh it's Asia-Pacific not Far East.

Rick says he likes the taste of lard after eating the scallion pancakes. Lard which contain higher saturated fatty acid (SFA), is relatively unhealthy, excessive ingesting of these fats will significantly affect intestinal microbiota and body weight. it is no wonder he had heart problems and incorrectly thinks its due to age. The BBC should have issued a health warning on this programme.
