Stuttering start but gets going nicely

A bit of a slow starter but 2 and 3 just got funnier and funnier keep going.

MTH Review

Where do I even begin with this show? It's not perfect, it's not award winning, but it's so funny and I love it!

The first three films were pretty good for the most part. They were hilarious, goofy, had great casts and incredible acting from the leading couple and others. But Murder They Hope goes even further and creates a new format which introduces brand new regular characters Monica and Vicky who are absolutely incredible additions! This format also lets us get to know Terry and Gemma on a deeper level which was very interesting to learn.

I really hope there will be more of this soon! :)

Wasn't this supposed to be a comedy?

Just didn't seem funny at all which is a shame because I liked first one Blackpool express, unfortunately they seem less funny with each new season. Going to give it a try next week to see if it improves.

Mindless, but it matters!

While this show is in fact not going to win awards, it is a wonderful little side track from our current hectic world. It is cute, funny and one does not need to be of sound mind to enjoy. I really like the Comedy and the who done it is gravy. I highly recommend for the laughs.

Rubbish!

This so called comedy is a disgrace. Not funny, juvenile attempts at humour and pathetic storyline. To present this as adult entertainment is an insult.

On Thursday, 12th May 2022, UKTV announced that it has commissioned Shiny Button Productions to produce a 3-episode second series of the crime-solving comedy drama. Series 2 which also has 3-episodes was filmed and broadcast later in the year on UKTV's comedy orientated channel Gold. Series 1 was the second most watched original production of 2021 on the channel. Series 3 and series 4 are both one-off special episodes.
