Typical Lifetime fare!

Not as bad as other reviewers say it was, imho. Eric and Allyson buy a home and rent out their guest house to Eric to make the mortgage payments. But, unfortunately for them, Eric is not who he says he is. He has the hots for Allyson and tries to break up the happy couple but will he succeed? Tune in to find out but it was worth a watch, anyway!.

never rent out your guest house

If anything can be learned from this, its that you probably shouldn't rent out a guesthouse of a house you have just moved into, and for a seeminly over eager man without doing a background check, and without consulting your fiancee first. Yet here we are. Eric and allyson are the unlucky couple. You can see josh is untrustworthy from the beginning and has a semi strange obsesion with erics asistant. The plot is predictable in places but atleast the acting was not to terrible in this and was passable. But the plot itself and how it unfolds until the end was overall just a bit boring but worth a watch still.

It should have been called "The Severe Psycho in My Backyard"

Kind of violent LMN entry into the Thursday night lineup - in some parts it was darn right scary!

After watching this, I learned that:

1. You should not buy a house too soon after the previous owner has died (not because a ghost haunting the place).

2. A man who has a good build will ridiculously rip off his athletic tee when he is angered.

3. Kristos Andrews plays the killer/psycho very well.

4. A frying pan can be used as a deadly weapon.

5. Brittany Underwood can really play a TOUGH lady (remembering "Secrets in the Woods).

6/10.

First time in my life I can say I wasted 90min of it

The acting is not so bad as a producing and the screen play ...dont waste ur time...the only good thing they did in the movie was the trailer and the rest is history.

The Lifetime Movie Machine churns out another one. Don't the writers get tired of reusing the same formulas all the time? The same plots, over and over again? The same "twists" over and over again? Gaping plot holes you can drive a truck through?

I guess not. How else can they keep producing around two movies a week?

If you've seen any of the previous Lifetime "obsessed tenant" movies, you've already seen this one. Skip it.
