After a long time I saw a Bengali movie which I can say is outstanding in every department. It is the story of a first filmmaker of India. Not only that the film explores the conflict among producer,director and distributor. The true artists only live in their art, they don't understand any more than that. This is a wonderful movie. What a performances not only from the lead but also from the entire supporting casts.

A must watch for everyone who loves to watch films..

If I didn't watch this movie, I would be deprived of knowing a lot. I have not seen such an informative film for a long time.

The best thing of this film is that if this film wouldn't have come out maybe we never come to know that there was a man before Dadasaheb Phalke who used camera to create films in India. This is a well researched film. The movie is not only about the life of Hiralal Sen but also you'll get to know about many unknown yet important personalities.

This movie has lots of humour that worked very well. Acting is one of the strongest points of this film. Kinjal Nanda, in his debut, has done a great job in the role of Hiralal Sen ; he has much more to do in future. Anuska Chakraborty as Hemangini and Arna Mukherjee as Amar Dutta portrayed their characters brilliantly. At the end, Hiralal will definitely make you emotional.

As this film depicts the life of first filmmaker of our country, I think it's a MUST WATCH for every Cinephile.
