Educators

A comedy is one of those things that can't please all of the people all of the time. We found "Educators" really funny and we think especially so as we are employed in the sector. A great laugh at our own expense. As it was unscripted it was a bit loose at times but that is so to be expected. We felt that the season 3 effort was not up to the standard of the first two. So our advice, because of our tastes, is miss season 3. This review is somewhat late and made in hindsight because we went looking for the theme song - but could not get the series to play for us - and read the reviews of others and felt the need to add our 10 cents worth.

The birds eye view into the true humanity and character studies whilst a bit over the top is refreshingly honest... Talk about no filters.. brave funny and easy to binge ..

Watched a couple of episodes and began to question my life choices.

I love Kiwi humour - New Zealand has produced some excellent comedies and films in recent years. But this wasn't one of them.

It just seemed like a series of comedy improvs and lacked any kind of direction, even when comedies of this type don't exactly require that much. But it tried too hard to be funny, and crass, and often fell short.

There's more to comedy than delivering quirky lines in a heavy Kiwi accent. It all ended up rather annoying and awkward. Avoid.

Been a longtime since I have had the pleasure to watch a really laugh out loud comedy series. Excellent. Loved that it was from New Zealand and the irony that the adults are way more messed up than the kids.

I tried. I watched three episodes, probably only because it was said to be unscripted. However, I found it painful. It was not funny at all, just embarrassing and very annoying.
