Her Deadly Groom

OK, so I'm used to these movies following a formula; they all do. But this one had just about all of them in it. What else is there to say? You know who is going to get hurt or killed, you know the good guy won't know that the bad guy is bad until the last few minutes of the movie, and you have a quick, far-fetched ending where everyone lives happily ever after. There is more, but I don't want to waste more of my time pointing out every plot point that is common to these movies. Did I cite any spoilers? Not for anyone who has ever seen a Lifetime movie before.

There isn't even an attempt at any originality here. Even the title followed the Lifetime pattern. The writers just picked some formulaic plot points from column A and column B, mixed them together, and create a thoroughly predictable movie.

Even for a Lifetime movie, this one was disappointing. Some of them at least try to be a bit different, even if in only small ways. This one did not.

Really enjoyed a stellar ensemble performance in this movie. Kate Watson and Jacob Michael were particularly strong though all were well cast and played off each other well. Worth watching!

It was an ok movie. Predictable. The main character was annoying! She was such a soft spoken (who talks like that all the time?), wimpy character - very hard to like.

The acting is really bad and the Mother is so gullible. Don't waste your time.

It would have been a good mov8if it wasn't so similar to the rest of Lifetime movies. The mother was so gullible, fell head over heel in love with someone she knew nothing about. Lifetime play a lot of movies where the ladies are always gullible and that take away from the movie been a good movie. Most certainly took a lot from this movie.
