It's well-nigh impossible to write any halfway detailed review of this movie that isn't going to be immediately rejected by the bluer noses at the IMDb. (It's pretty stupid then though to even LIST the movie on the site, since movies like this are far more offensive than anything I could say about them).
As the other reviewer said this is an XXX version of "The Sinful Dwarf". It's about a young women who is lured to a remote villa to "babysit", but her charge turns out to be a sexually demented adult dwarf. The XXX stuff consists either of boring straight sex scenes, on one hand, or perverse weirdness that isn't remotely erotic, on the other. The whole enterprise is so completely inept and unbelievable that the movie ends up being nowhere near as disturbing as the softcore, but genuinely dramatic film "The Sinful Dwarf". It's definitely sleazy and disgusting though if you consider that a plus.
The only reason I've wasted my time (twice now) trying to review this nonsense is that it was directed by Alberto Cavallone, the genuinely talented director of "L'uomo, la Donna, y la Bestia". But it goes to show that even HE can't make a good movie in the XXX genre where all the oxygen inevitably gets sucked out of the air by ridiculously long hardcore sex scenes, and there's such incredibly inept acting that they can't even achieve basic suspension of disbelief. I would recommend either "The Sinful Dwarf" or the director's earlier "L'uomo, la Donna, y La Bestia" over this. They're less (sexually) graphic, but they're also far, far better made and more powerful films.
